Meet Ademola Olusile

RP (Q)

Registered Psychotherapist (Q)

I believe that life holds many opportunities for joy, connection, and growth, even as individuals encounter challenges along the way. While difficult experiences can feel overwhelming, each person has an inherent capacity for healing, resilience, and meaningful change when supported with care and understanding.

My approach to counselling centers on creating a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported. A strong therapeutic relationship is gently nurtured, allowing clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a way that feels safe and at a pace that is comfortable for them.

My therapeutic orientation is integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), person-centered therapy, and trauma-informed care, with interventions tailored to each client’s unique needs.

I bring academic training and experience in crisis support through my volunteer role with the CMHA Distress Line and Inner City Mission. I remain committed to ethical, reflective practice and to supporting clients in building resilience and moving toward meaningful change.
