What to Expect

Scheduling individual counselling sessions is easy! With no waitlist, you’ll be able to book your first appointment within 72 hours of contacting us. Choose a therapist based on their areas of expertise or schedule with the first available therapist. 

Once you’ve selected your session date and time using our easy, online calendar system, we’ll send you a virtual link to join your appointment. (In-person sessions are available throughout parts of Canada upon request.)

Upon joining your first session, we’ll take some time to get to know YOU and learn about your goals for your life. Not sure where to start? While we can’t dream for you, we ARE here to help you discover the true you, and support you as you build a life you’re proud to live! Our caring team members will equip you with all the tools you need to succeed!
