Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. Sessions may be rescheduled, given 48 hours’ notice. Sessions may be cancelled with 72 hours notice. Fees can be used towards a future session. Failure to adhere to the above guidelines will result in forfeiture of funds paid.

Insurance Policy

A1 Counselling Centre offers direct billing with select insurance providers. If your insurance company is not included on our direct billing list, we will provide you with a receipt that you may submit to your insurer for reimbursement. For further details, please contact us by phone before booking your appointment.
