Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. Sessions may be rescheduled given 48 hours notice. Sessions may be cancelled given 72 hours notice. Fees can be used towards a future session. Failure to adhere to the above guidelines will result in forfeiture of funds paid.

Insurance Policy

A1 Counselling Centre does not do direct billing with insurance companies, however, you are free to submit a receipt for reimbursement to your insurance provider. For more details, contact us by phone prior to booking.
