Meet Annette Grant-Brown:

RP (Q)

Registered Psychotherapist (Q)

A resident psychotherapist eager to integrate her academic training with extensive experience in healthcare and community services. For over 15 years, Annette has worked as a Registered Nurse, supporting individuals and families across a wide range of health concerns. Her nursing career has provided opportunities to work with patients from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, requiring sensitivity to the unique needs, values, and perspectives each person brings.

This experience has strengthened her ability to provide compassionate, culturally responsive care and deepened her understanding of the many factors that influence overall well-being.

In addition to her healthcare practice, she has served for eight years in a leadership role within her local church organization. There, she has offered mentorship, guidance, and emotional support to individuals navigating personal, relational, and spiritual challenges, further developing her skills in active listening, empathy, and collaborative problem-solving.

Annette is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental therapeutic environment where clients feel empowered to explore their experiences and pursue positive change. Her professional interests include stress management, emotional regulation, life transitions, and the integration of person-centered and cognitive-behavioral approaches in therapy.
