MDiv, MTS, MACP, Registered Psychotherapist (Q)

My work focuses on supporting clients through evidence-based, compassionate, and person-centred care. I help clients with emotional regulation, mindfulness practices, and coping with life transitions and stress. I have a deep interest in exploring questions of identity, self-worth, and values, supporting clients as they uncover what matters most to them and finding ways to live more authentically.

I specialize in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (BSFT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). These approaches enable me to work collaboratively with clients in developing practical skills, enhancing resilience, and fostering meaningful change.

At the heart of my practice is a person-centred approach, which means I view everyone as the expert of their own life. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. For those who wish, I also integrate elements of spiritual care, honouring each client’s unique beliefs and supporting them in weaving meaning and connection into their healing journey.

As a therapist, I bring fresh energy, openness, and deep commitment to continual learning. My goal is to walk alongside you, helping build resilience, develop coping strategies and create a more fulfilling and balanced life.
