Meet Elliot McLarnon

Elliott has a background in Human Resources, and is currently completing his Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. Elliott understands that the demands of everyday life can be overwhelming, and that managing stress and adjusting to change looks different to everyone. His approach to therapy is person-centred and adaptive, and he will draw upon the treatment approach that is best for your unique situation.
Elliott hopes to partner with you during your time together to understand both the current challenges in your life and where you want to be in the future, in order to help you find the path forward that is right for you. Through non-judgmental collaboration, Elliott hopes to learn more about the true you, and to help you move a little closer to becoming your authentic self.
